K8x bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an international online gaming and betting service provider. These terms constitute an agreement between k8x bet and all of its members. By registering or using k8x bet's services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. k8x bet reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the site.
Important: By using k8x bet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that online gaming is legally permitted in your area of residence.
To open an account with k8x bet, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts sharing the same name, address, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. k8x bet will not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to do so.
- K8x bet may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected.
Providing false information during registration may result in permanent account closure, and any balance in the account may be forfeited.
K8x bet reserves the right to decline any registration request without being obligated to provide a reason.
The following rules govern all financial transactions on k8x bet:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–24 hours. Delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (e.g., if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also be processed through Mobile Pay).
- If a bonus has been claimed, its wagering requirements must be met before deposited funds can be used for betting.
- K8x bet may withhold payments or launch an investigation in the case of suspicious transactions.
Please Note: Prior to withdrawal, you may be required to submit identity verification (national ID or passport). This is done solely to protect your account.
The following rules apply to all bonus and promotion offers on k8x bet:
- Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
- Bonus funds are generally combined with real money to form a total balance. Withdrawals are not permitted until all bonus conditions have been met.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in account closure.
- K8x bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Winnings from bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they are treated as real money.
If bonus abuse is suspected or a member is found to be exploiting bonuses through unfair means, k8x bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
The following rules apply to all games and bets placed on k8x bet:
- All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) and are completely fair and unbiased.
- Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, k8x bet may determine the outcome of that bet at its own discretion.
- Exploiting any bug or glitch found in a game is strictly prohibited. In such cases, k8x bet reserves the right to void any winnings derived from the exploit.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final, though clear errors may be subject to review.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on k8x bet:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Registering under multiple identities to claim bonus offers.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using hacking tools, bots, or automated systems on the gaming software.
- Engaging in fraud or collusion against other members.
- Using k8x bet's trademarks or logos without prior authorization.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balances, and may lead to legal action.
K8x bet believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a cause of addiction or financial harm. That's why we take responsible gaming seriously.
- Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
- Through the self-exclusion feature, members can suspend their account for any period between 24 hours and 5 years.
- A cooldown period can be set during which access to the account will be restricted.
- If signs of gaming addiction are identified, the k8x bet support team will provide assistance and refer the member to professional support services.
Remember, chasing losses by placing more bets is never the answer. Know your limits, and if you feel you're losing control, seek help immediately.

K8x bet may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- A breach of terms and conditions has occurred.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
- KYC verification has not been completed.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- Due to legal obligations.
Members may also close their account at any time. If a balance remains and all bonus conditions have been met, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw their funds before the account is closed.
K8x bet shall not be held liable for the following:
- Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues or technical faults with your device.
- Your account details being accessed by a third party due to your own negligence.
- Services are suspended due to legal requirements.
- Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
Note: k8x bet's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the member.
